We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Electrician to join a busy engineering and manufacturing environment on a temp-to-perm basis. The role involves electrical installation and fault-finding on heavy vehicles and specialist equipment, with a strong focus on lorry cab wiring and integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wiring and electrical installation within lorry cabs and vehicle bodies
  • Installing, testing, and fault-finding vehicle electrical systems
  • Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems in conjunction with electrical components
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety regulations
  • Supporting production and build schedules within a workshop environment
  • Carrying out inspections, diagnostics, and repairs as required
