Are you an experienced Mobile Specialist with a passion for managing and optimising Apple devices at scale? This role offers the chance to take end-to-end ownership of a large corporate iPhone and iPad fleet, shaping the mobile environment, driving standards, and ensuring a secure, smooth and modern user experience.
You'll be the go-to expert for all things mobile - designing and maintaining Jamf-based configurations, overseeing SIM and carrier operations, and steering the lifecycle and compliance of the entire estate. You'll collaborate closely with identity, networking, and security teams to keep the environment integrated, secure, and aligned with best practice.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining Jamf Pro configurations for iOS/iPadOS (ABM/DEP enrolment, supervision, configuration profiles, SSO, compliance baselines).
- Owning the full iPhone/iPad lifecycle: procurement, zero-touch enrolment, kitting, deployment, break/fix, RMA, refresh, and secure decommissioning.
- Managing mobile apps via Jamf: packaging, VPP licensing, scoped deployments, version governance, staged rollouts, and rollback processes.
