What You'll Be Doing

  • As a vital part of our site team, you'll help ensure the community feels cared for and well-maintained.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
    • Carrying out regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and high standards across the site.
    • Performing general maintenance and minor repair tasks.
    • Managing waste disposal and supporting recycling processes.

    • Cleaning, removing, and scrubbing graffiti from internal and external areas as required.
    • Assisting residents with enquiries and providing excellent, friendly customer service.

  • We're seeking someone who is:
