Position: Mailroom Operative
Contract Type: Temporary 4 weeks
Location: BA Waterside, Heathrow UB7 0GA
Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering inward courier items and post promptly.
- Tracking internal and external packages/post using company tracking software.
- Moving boxes and crates safely and efficiently.
- Booking outgoing couriers to ensure timely despatch.
- Processing outgoing mail to support daily operations.
- Answering telephone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Logging incoming items into the Mailtrack system to maintain accurate records.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role or general clerical support is desirable.
- Strong IT literacy to navigate company tracking systems with ease.
- Excellent customer service skills to engage with team members and clients effectively.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
