About The Role
As a Managed Print Service Field Engineer, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Work daily with top brands such as Canon, Ricoh, and Kyocera
- Investigate and resolve equipment faults at customer premises, adhering to service guidelines
- Perform preventative maintenance and complete work within the designated response schedule
- Install machines, including networking setups and operator training
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Collaborate closely with the Call Control Team to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MPS field technical support or equivalent
- Proven competence in photocopier maintenance
- Completion of manufacturer training courses
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
