Working Pattern: Full Time

Working Hours: Your shifts will rotate on a six-week basis, covering the hours of 8 AM - 8 PM from Monday to Friday, and 9 AM - 5:30 PM on weekends. This role requires you to work one weekend day every six weeks.

As a pivotal part of our organisation, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls. Your calm and considered approach will help provide essential support and guidance when our customers need it most.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage inbound calls and address customer queries with precision.
  • Engage in high-quality conversations to prevent avoidable complaints.
  • Identify complex queries and escalate them as necessary for fair resolution.
  • Provide clear and efficient responses in line with company guidelines.
  • Accurately update our client database with key information.

What You Bring:

  • Fluent in Welsh (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong timekeeping abilities.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment is a plus!

  • Full valid passport - for CTC Clearance
  • Two proof of addresses.
  • Must have lived in the UK for the last three years.
