Customer Service Advisor Location: Waterlooville Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm Salary: £12.71 About the Role We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support over the telephone and through written correspondence. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and emails and respond to enquiries professionally and efficiently. Provide support and guidance to customers, ensuring a positive experience. Accurately update customer records and maintain detailed notes on internal systems. Resolve customer queries at first point of contact wherever possible. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required. Process correspondence and complete associated administrative tasks. Skills and Experience Previous customer service or administrative experience. Confident and professional telephone manner. Excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good IT skills, including experience using databases and Microsoft Office applications.
