Responsibilities
- Are you a payroll expert with a passion for accuracy and customer service? Join our dynamic in-house payroll team! We are in an exciting phase of growth and transformation and we are looking for a skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to support our employees across multiple UK sites.
What You'll Do:
- Act as a trusted payroll expert, ensuring timely, accurate payroll runs.
- Lead payroll processes, including statutory compliance and documentation management.
- Collaborate with People Services, Finance, and external providers to optimise payroll operations.
- Handle complex payroll queries and manage statutory deductions and payments.
- Drive improvements in payroll processes, including automation and integration opportunities.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
- Strong payroll experience, ideally with experience using ADP GlobalView or similar systems.
- Experience in Payroll Process improvement.
- Expertise in statutory payroll compliance (HMRC, RTI, tax, NI).
- Advanced Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- CIPP Level 5 Diploma (preferred, not essential).
