Join Our Team as a Fleet Administrator! Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with our client as a Fleet Administrator? We are looking for a motivated individual to provide invaluable support to the Group Fleet team during a busy period. If you have a knack for organisation, a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

Summary:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 2 months initially - potential for longer
  • Location: Warwick
  • Pay Rate: £189.56 per day - £25.62 per hour
  • Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday

Role Purpose:

As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our company car scheme. Your administrative expertise will help ensure smooth fleet management activities, support employee inquiries, and keep everything running like a well-oiled machine!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the Fleet shared mailbox, responding to employee queries and directing complex issues to the right team members.
  • Support company car administration, including vehicle orders, deliveries, collections, and driver communications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet records and databases.
  • Assist with processing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.
  • Gather and collate fleet data to support reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with fleet suppliers for information and updates on vehicles and maintenance.
  • Aid in the administration of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
  • Support compliance processes through documentation checks and record keeping.
  • Produce routine communications and updates for employees and stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider Fleet team as needed.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good customer service and stakeholder management abilities.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a fleet, transport, vehicle leasing, or automotive environment.
  • Familiarity with suppliers and external service providers.
  • Knowledge of company car schemes or vehicle administration.
