Our client, a leading player in the utilities sector, is on the lookout for a highly motivated Contracts Administrator to join their dynamic team in Warwick! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of major High-Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) projects across the UK.

Summary:

  • Start date: June 2026
  • Duration: 12 months with potential for longer!
  • Location: Warwick, Hybrid
  • Pay Rate: Β£20.72 per hour
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8-4
  • Hybrid working available at least 2 days in the office

What You'll Do:

As a Contracts Administrator, you'll be responsible for several essential tasks to ensure smooth contract management and cost control. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly reporting packs for Project Directors, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
  • Contract Management System: Ensure approvals are in place and process forms for access to our contract management system (Fast Draft).
  • Supplier Onboarding: Collaborate with the Procurement team to support the onboarding of new suppliers.
  • Purchase Orders: Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) using the purchase management system (Coupa).
  • Policies and Governance: Manage document control for the Commercial Team to maintain version integrity and contribute to process development.
