We are currently recruiting for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our client's team in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who enjoys being the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
Initially, the role will be 2 days per week (Monday and Friday), with the potential for additional hours in the future.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Managing and responding to emails
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Carrying out a variety of general reception and office duties
- Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
- Professional, approachable, and well-presented
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
