We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join a busy and supportive finance team within a well-established organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong accounts payable experience who is looking for a hybrid role in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing a high volume of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Resolving invoice queries with internal teams and external suppliers
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Assisting with payment runs
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting the wider finance team where required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Experience using finance systems and Microsoft Excel
