£13 - £16 per hour, Monday - Friday.

Location: Warrington.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join a busy and supportive finance team within a well-established organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong accounts payable experience who is looking for a hybrid role in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing a high volume of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Matching, batching, and coding invoices.
  • Resolving invoice queries with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Assisting with payment runs.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Supporting the wider finance team where required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
