Location: Harwich

Hours: Split shifts on alternate weeks: 07:00 - 16:00, 08:00 - 17:00

Salary: Dependant on experience

An opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Warehouse / Transport Administrator to join a busy operations team within a fast‑paced logistics environment. This role offers variety and responsibility, supporting the efficient movement of goods while ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, ensuring all information is accurate prior to dispatch
  • Prepare packing lists and delivery notes for the warehouse team
  • Complete data entry within the warehouse management system, ensuring high attention to detail when using manifests and import specifications
  • Monitor stock movements and assist with related queries
  • Liaise with customers regarding deliveries and stock updates
  • Support the handling of import/export containers, ensuring timelines are met
  • Monitor transport activity to ensure delivery schedules are achieved
  • Assist with delivery planning and communicate effectively with haulage providers
