Responsibilities: As a Warehouse Operative Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse and contributing to the organisation's overall success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely discharging your duties in accordance with relevant legislation and our client's EHS policies
- Using all provided equipment following safe working practises.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse and yard, promptly clearing spillages and minimising waste
- Accurately receiving and checking goods into the warehouse
- Placing goods correctly into storage bays, ensuring safe storage, lifting, and lowering
- Assisting in loading vehicles and complying with all legal requirements on vehicle loading
- Previous experience in a warehousing role
- Enthusiastic and highly driven individual
- Ability and willingness to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team
- Additional relevant certifications or training
