Overview
Warehouse Supervisor (Evenings) – Moira
Salary: £35,000 per year + shift allowance
Hours: 4PM – Midnight (40 hrs per week) Days: Sunday-Thursday
The Role
Our client is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their busy team in Moira on a permanent basis. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a small team, maintain hygiene standards, ensure accurate stock handling, supervise vehicle loading, and support production and logistics teams while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse staff, including attendance, performance, and task allocation
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards across the warehouse
- Oversee stock picking, storage, and vehicle loading
- Conduct regular checks and patrols to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with BRC and company procedures
- Support other supervisors with investigations, disciplinary, and grievance matters
Requirements
- Essential:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance/Reach)
- Computer literate
- Desirable:
- Voice training experience
