Job Title: Warehouse Operative and Forklift Driver
Location: Freuchie, Fife
Remuneration: Β£12.21 β Β£13 per hour
Contract Details: Temp To Perm β Monday to Friday β Day shifts (Other shift patterns available)
Responsibilities
- Manoeuvring forklifts safely in bustling industrial settings.
- Stacking and unstacking large quantities of goods on shelves or pallets with precision.
- Moving goods from storage areas to loading zones, ensuring timely transport.
- Unloading deliveries and relocating items to designated storage areas safely.
- Maintaining a tidy workspace by keeping forklift driving areas free from spills and obstructions.
- Conducting regular checks on forklift equipment to identify faults or damages.
- Using industrial materials like plastic wraps and wooden pallets to securely stack and package goods.
- Staying updated on health and safety requirements and forklift operating procedures.
- Consolidating partial pallets of incoming goods for efficient storage.
What We\\\βre Looking For
- A reliable and safety-conscious individual with a passion for logistics and warehouse operations.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting is required as well as in date counterbalance Forklift licence.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
