We're currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence to join a busy and well-established manufacturing and distribution site just outside Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent, long-term work with a reputable employer in the food manufacturing sector (pet category).

What You'll Be Doing

  • Loading and unloading trailers in line with load plans and delivery notes
  • Checking products for accuracy, quality, and any damage
  • Transferring goods from production to storage areas
  • Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Carrying out stock checks and inventory control
  • Working closely with other departments to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
  • Own transport and licence required due to location (no public transport access)
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Reliable, team-focused, and safety-conscious
  • Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern
  • Basic IT skills and experience using warehouse systems (e.g. scanners, stock control/WMS)
