Applicants with only a Reach license accepted but must be external. In house Licenses cannot be accepted. Competitive Pay: Earn an hourly rate of £17.67, plus overtime opportunities! Flexible Shifts: Work a rotating shift pattern – 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, and 22:00 to 06:00, Monday to Friday. Consistent Hours: Enjoy 38 hours of work per week. Ongoing Opportunities: Start ASAP Key Responsibilities: As a Warehouse / Material Handler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations. Your tasks will include: Order fulfilment: Receive and read customer orders, verifying stock availability and preparing items for shipment. Shipping Preparation: Assemble, address, stamp, and arrange transportation for products to ensure timely delivery. Loading and Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks, railway cars, or aircraft, ensuring all items are handled with care. Material Movement: Use material handling equipment to move goods within the warehouse or storage facility. Record Keeping: Enter product information into a computer database and verify records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates to manage time effectively and complete tasks promptly. What We\’re Looking For: To succeed in this role, you should possess: Experience: Proven experience as a fork truck driver/ Materials Handler licences: Essential reach, counterbalance, and manrider licences.
