Job Title: Stores Person
Location: Folkestone, Kent
Salary: up to £28,000
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am – 5pm
Role Summary
You will play a key role in managing stock, handling materials and ensuring smooth flow of components and supplies across the workshop.
Responsibilities
- Organisation of workshop tools, materials and finished goods.
- Receipt and inspection of in-coming goods.
- Identification and movement of required tools to/from the workshop.
- Supply of packaging materials and ancillary parts to the workshop.
- Provision of all materials to support production.
- Use of counterbalance FLT’s, pallet truck and manual handling equipment.
- Delivering orders to customers sites.
Experience and Skills
- Previous experience working within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Previous experience using a counterbalance forklift (expired and in-house licence accepted)
- A full UK driving licence
