Adecco is seeking a strategic People Partner to deliver a comprehensive generalist people service in a housing-sector organisation. The role is permanent with hybrid working (2 days onsite) in Ealing/Greater London, focusing on coaching, policy implementation and workforce planning.

You will partner with managers to drive performance, handle workforce data, and lead/change initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
