Adecco is seeking a Welsh-speaking Customer Service Advisor to work from home on a temporary basis. You will handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and update client records in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong Welsh language skills, excellent communication, and reliable time management.
Shifts rotate across 8 AM–8 PM on weekdays and 9 AM–5:30 PM on weekends, with one weekend day every six weeks. Full-time hours and comprehensive training are provided by Adecco.
