We’re partnering with a global leader in advanced materials and chemical solutions to recruit a European Customer Service Representative for their Composite Materials team based in Wrexham.
The Role
This is a pivotal, customer‑facing position where you’ll manage a defined portfolio of European customers. Acting as the primary point of contact, you’ll oversee order management, coordinate with the supply chain, and monitor customer performance to ensure a seamless service experience. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, on‑time delivery, and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from entry through to invoicing
- Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams including Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Commercial
- Maintain accurate customer and pricing data in line with contractual agreements
- Manage customer portals, including order uploads, KPIs, and documentation
- Support complaint resolution, rebates, and deductions in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Ensure export compliance and accurate completion of shipping documentation
- Monitor customer KPIs and proactively address issues using data‑driven insights
What You’ll Bring
- A commercial background (degree or relevant professional training preferred)
- Strong ERP experience (SAP highly desirable), including order processing, pricing, and customer data management
- Knowledge of export compliance, invoicing, and complaint resolution
- Experience handling complex orders and customer performance KPIs
- Fluency in English plus French, Spanish, or German
