Working Pattern
- This is a rotating shift role designed to offer structure and variety:
- Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 06:00-15:00
- Back Shift: Monday-Friday, 13:00-22:00
- Overtime: Saturday mornings, 06:00-12:00
- On-Call Rota: 1 week in every 3 (paid additionally)
Salary Rewards
- Base Salary: £43,108 per year
- Typical OTE: circa £50,000
- First-Year Earning Potential: up to £54,000, including: £5,000 sign-on bonus (paid after a successful 3-month settling-in period)
