This role will focus on business change, regulatory delivery, and operational enhancement initiatives supporting AML, Fraud, and Transaction Monitoring programmes.
What You'll Be DoingEngage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirementsDesign and document Target Operating Models (TOMs), workflows, and operational processesProduce high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and supporting artefactsFacilitate workshops and manage stakeholder engagement across multiple functionsSupport regulatory and financial crime transformation initiativesConduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and requirements traceabilityPresent findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior stakeholdersWork closely with programme teams to support successful deliveryWhat We're Looking ForStrong Business Analysis experience within financial servicesExperience delivering regulatory or financial crime-related changeKnowledge of AML, Fraud, Transaction Monitoring, or Financial Crime OperationsExperience xohmjla producing requirements documentation, process maps, and business analysis artefactsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work independently and drive requirements gathering activitiesExperience supporting complex transformation programmesDesirableFinancial Crime Analytics programmesCapital Markets experienceTarget Operating Model designRegulatory remediation initiativesExposure to Quantexa or similar analytics platforms
