We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Receptionist to provide ad hoc front-of-house cover for a client based in Uxbridge. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who is looking for flexible work, with the potential for ongoing assignments.

Important Location Information: The role is approximately a 20-minute journey from the nearest station. Candidates must be within a 45-minute commute of Uxbridge and be willing to either drive or travel via bus to reach the site.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Dates Required: 9th June, 30th June to 15th July. There is also the potential for further bookings after these dates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and staff
  • Managing a busy reception desk in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Managing emails and carrying out general administrative tasks
  • Ensuring the reception area remains clean, organised, and presentable at all times

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous reception or front-of-house experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
  • Able to commute to Uxbridge within 45 minutes
