About the Role

Our client, a well-established construction company based in Cowley, Uxbridge, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual with strong administrative skills looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Scheduling engineers and coordinating appointments
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure work is completed on time
  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate system information
  • Managing administrative tasks and supporting the wider team
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times

Skills and Experience

  • Previous customer service and administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience within construction, maintenance, housing, or engineering environments would be advantageous but not essential
