About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and customer-focused Order Engagement Administrator to join a global engineering and manufacturing organisation supporting the energy sector.
Working within a fast-paced Order Engagement team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer purchase orders are processed accurately and efficiently from receipt through to delivery.
You'll work closely with both internal departments and customers to provide exceptional service while maintaining high standards of quality and on‑time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update order tracking systems, ensuring Real Time visibility of order status.
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve order queries and documentation issues.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding order progress.
- Support the team with general administration, data entry and documentation.
- Ensure all order information is recorded accurately within internal systems.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order processing and customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

- A qualification in Business or a related subject would be beneficial but is not required.
