Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assembly and trimming of automotive interior components
- Working with leather, vinyl, fabric, foam, and other interior materials
- Hand and machine assembly of trim parts to specification
- Following build instructions, drawings, and work standards
- Carrying out visual quality checks to ensure a premium finish
- Using hand tools and small machinery safely and effectively
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
