SIPP Administrator
We\’re looking for a confident and detail‑focused SIPP Administrator to join a growing team. You\’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, high‑quality service to clients, advisers and investment providers.
You must have previous pension administration experience and a solid understanding of SIPP and pension rules.
What you\’ll do
- Handle day‑to‑day SIPP administration, including transfers, drawdown and bereavement cases.
- Process investment withdrawals and pension sharing orders.
- Communicate clearly with clients, advisers and external providers.
- Track all cases through to completion and maintain service levels.
- Support department projects and assist with SSAS or property‑based SIPPs when required.
- Maintain strong quality standards and embed risk awareness in your work.
What you\’ll bring
- Pension experience is essential (SIPP knowledge strongly preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Confident communication and strong customer service approach.
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise busy workloads.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
