This role is pivotal in managing complex debt capital market transactions from initiation through to closing.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nTransaction Review: analyse and review highly complex specialised debt capital market transactions aligned with business or product segments.\\nLiaison and Negotiation: Serve as a key point of contact with external counsel and lead negotiations regarding transaction structures in collaboration with Client & Business Development.\\nDocumentation Oversight: Act as the primary contact for both internal and external parties on new and existing transactions, ensuring all operational and documentation standards are met and risks are mitigated.\\nSubject Matter Expertise: Provide insights as a country specialist, keeping the team informed about market trends, competitor activity, and evolving regulations related to specific products and regions.Qualifications:\\n\\nTo excel in this role, you should possess:\\n\\nExperience in Corporate Trust and/or debt capital markets.\\nProven ability to manage tight deadlines and navigate complex internal and external relationships in a high-pressure environment.\\nInnovative problem-solving skills, particularly in proposing complex legal and commercial solutions to uphold enterprise documentation standards.\\nStrong lateral thinking capabilities, complemented by excellent communication skills for negotiation and influence at various organisational levels.\\nA resourceful mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Why Join Us?\\n\\nBe a part of an organisation that is not only a leader in the financial services industry but also recognised for its commitment to innovation and inclusivity.
