Financial Services – Cards / Insurance / Banking | Training Design and Delivery Consultant | £380/day (inside IR35) | 6 month Contract | Bristol (Hybrid working 3 days in the office per week and 2 days from home). Our client (a Financial Services organisation) has a requirement for an experienced Training Consultant – with a background in Training Design and Delivery across a number of topics in a Financial Services (Cards or Insurance or Banking environment) to join them on a 6 month Contract basis. Your background will be across Training Design, Training delivery (classroom or virtual) and some Training Needs Analysis, preferably in Financial Services or Professional Services or a Regulated environment. You will have experience of a number of packages to design of the training in – such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Articulate 360 and will have used these and added new material into the client\’s LMS. As well as the above, they are looking for someone with excellent communication skills that can engage with stakeholders at all levels.
