The Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic regulatory change programme within a leading international banking environment. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of an enhanced Trade Surveillance capability, ensuring the project is delivered within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and governance requirements. Working across Compliance, Technology, Data, Risk, and Front Office functions, you will manage project delivery from initiation through to implementation and handover, while providing clear reporting and effective stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex regulatory and business change initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, governance frameworks, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, subject matter experts, technology teams, and third-party suppliers.
- Drive the production and completion of project artefacts, including business cases, requirements, testing plans, implementation plans, and project reporting.
- Facilitate project governance forums.
