Mission:
- Maintain a safe & clean working environment at all times.
- Support and influence company total productive maintenance (TPM) program.
- Co-ordinate maintenance activity in line with production plan to ensure plant efficiency is maximized.
- Transfer knowledge of maintenance techniques to support team autonomy.
Safety:
- Respect company safety and ergonomic rules at all times.
- Always wear defined personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify safety risks & immediate notification to the Management team to secure appropriate corrective action.
- Promote risk identification to ensure knowledge & understanding of safety.
Profit:
- Ensure maintenance activities are consistent with planned output.
- Lead immediate countermeasure for production continuation in case of unplanned events.
- Immediate escalation of issues impacting production to Production Manager or delegate.
- Lead efficiency workshops to improve productivity & reduce operating costs.
- Support make or buy projects - business case to solution.
- Involvement in productivity workshops to improve efficiency & reduce costs.
- Support appropriate cost-down projects for all purchased parts and services.
Product:
- Top level maintenance of all machinery.
- Involvement in countermeasures & corrective actions for all plant and equipment defects.
- Ensure maintenance output is respecting all quality & technical requirements.
- Management of maintenance task board. Organize and prioritize in accordance with production requirements.
- Work to the defined TPM programme.
