What You’ll Do

  • Safely remove laboratory waste, including bags, liquid waste, glass bottles, and cardboard.
  • Support Facilities Engineers with daily activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collect and distribute parcels throughout the site.
  • Clear cardboard waste from office areas.
  • Complete daily and weekly Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) readings.
  • Assist with PPMs and respond to breakdowns.
  • Keep building service areas clean and tidy.
  • Perform internal cleaning of air handling units.
  • Carry out general PPM tasks across various building and service areas.
  • Engage in site‑wide waste management activities.
  • Complete general handyman repairs as needed.
