Join our client, a leading retail provider, as a Telephone Sales Advisor! If you have a passion for sales and a knack for building strong customer relationships, this is the role for you. With a competitive OTE salary of £35,000-£40,000, plus great benefits, this permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to take your sales career to the next level.
As a Telephone Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, qualifying prospects, and achieving sales targets. You will have the chance to develop leads through your own investigations and research, identifying suitable options for prospects, and upselling higher margin products whenever possible. Maintaining strong customer relationships, you will arrange demonstrations and negotiate pricing within agreed limits. Your IT and database skills will come in handy as you utilise our in-house systems to produce quotations and sales orders.

Experience:

- Competence in phone handling

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (one-hour lunch break). Occasional Saturday work for exhibitions.
