Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join their team!

Role Overview

As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for managing damaged baggage claims from the initial report through to resolution.

Your role will involve direct communication with passengers, processing claims accurately, arranging repairs or replacements, and ensuring compliance with airline requirements and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle airline damaged baggage claims via phone and email with professionalism and care.
  • Process and maintain accurate claim records within internal systems.
