We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Assistant to join our clients busy manufacturing workshop in Haddenham, on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated, hands-on, and eager to learn all aspects of the workshop environment. The successful candidate will support the smooth running of daily operations and receive training across a variety of production processes, with genuine opportunities for progression. Key Responsibilities Assisting with glass cutting processes Preparing products ready for consumer Sealing and finishing glass units Accepting and checking deliveries Supporting general workshop operations Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment Following Health & Safety procedures at all times About You Excellent attention to detail Self-motivated and reliable Able to follow instructions and work safely Strong communication skills Eager to learn new skills and support the wider team Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is beneficial but not essential Forklift experience or a valid Forklift Licence would be advantageous What's on Offer?
