Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break), Saturday shift, 8:30am - 12pm on rota basis
Salary: From £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer sales enquiries via telephone
- Respond to customer emails and provide timely updates
- Process sales orders and group orders accurately
- Maintain and update customer records on the internal database
- Assist customers visiting the site
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver excellent customer service
- Escalate and communicate any issues to management as required
- Support the team during busy periods and contribute to the smooth running of operations
