Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (45 minutes lunch break)

Responsibilities: As a Sales Administration and Customer Support Agent, you will:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and chat
  • Chase delivery issues with couriers
  • Handle amendments to customer orders
  • Manage product returns and warranty issues
  • Process refunds
  • Offer pre-sales product advice and technical support
  • Recommend products and advise on suitability
  • Conduct basic technical calculations
  • Prepare quotations and proforma invoices
