Adecco are currently recruiting for a
Tenancy Relations Officer on behalf of a public sector housing service in South London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing professional with a strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation, homelessness prevention, and enforcement within the private rented sector.
The successful candidate will play a key role in protecting tenants from unlawful eviction and harassment while supporting residents to sustain their housing.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate complaints of illegal eviction, harassment, unlawful landlord practices, and tenancy-related disputes.
- Provide advice and guidance to tenants, landlords, agents, and partner organisations.
- Manage a varied caseload, carrying out investigations and gathering evidence where necessary.
- Conduct home visits and attend court proceedings as a witness when required.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies including landlords, solicitors, police, and housing partners.
