Location: Hounslow, TW3 3EB - Hybrid working (3 days in office per week)

Hourly rate £21.23 PAYE / £28.12 Umbrella per hour

Contract Length: 6-month contract (possibility of extension)

Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 36 hours

  • You are a front line professional delivering a first class, modern and flexible core tenancy and housing management service in the Borough.
  • You are the first and main point of contact with tenants, identifying problems early to nip emerging issues in the bud and prevent escalation whenever possible.
  • You adopt a preventative approach and are solution focused to ensure that the needs of tenants are effectively met.
  • You will need to have good knowledge of managing tenancies in a social housing setting, completing and providing advice around successions, mutual exchanges, Anti-Social Behaviour and complex tenancy matters.
  • You are highly motivated to interact with tenants to get to know them as well as the estates and the communities they live in.
  • You identify and manage risks and challenging behaviour.
  • You build up trusting relationships with tenants and professionals to work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes for tenants while supporting the shared goals of the council.
  • You are proactive in reviewing and evaluating your own performance and acting on your own initiative to improve and develop.
  • You are a high performing individual who works collaboratively with others to achieve targets and service objectives and make the team the very best it can be.
