Are you an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic Leadership Team? Our client, a well-respected company in the Charity and Events industry, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to their Chief Executive Officer and the Leadership Team. This is a temporary position offering full-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Chief Executive's diary, coordinating meetings with external individuals and organisations.
- Support the Chief Executive in all aspects of their role, liaising with stakeholders and handling general enquiries.
- Take accurate minutes at board meetings and other required meetings.
- Assist with report writing and develop PowerPoint presentations.
- Manage the Chief Executive's travel arrangements, including bookings and logistics.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team as required, including diary management, RSVP responses, and meeting preparation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills, able to prioritise and respond to changing priorities.
- Customer service-oriented, understanding and meeting internal and external customer needs.
