Customer Service Administrator Advisor – Temporary Role Working Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08.30 – 17.00 Contract Type: Temporary – 4 weeks Key Responsibilities: Handling administrative tasks including new quotations, booking new jobs, resolving queries, and providing updates. Outbound customer calls Review and validate job bookings, ensuring parts are checked and authorised before the appointment date. Proactively contact customers to schedule appointments for those who have not selected a booking date. Complete and submit insurance authorisation requests. Maintain accurate and up-to-date job notes. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service role. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail.
