Adecco is currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced office environment in Avonmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a varied administrative role and can provide professional support to both internal teams and external customers.

This is an ongoing temporary assignment, initially expected to last one month, with the possibility of extension based on business requirements.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm
  • Fully Onsite
  • £14.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
  • Managing email correspondence and responding to enquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients, customers and colleagues
  • Accurate data entry and updating internal systems
  • Preparing, processing and filing documentation
  • Maintaining electronic and paper-based records
  • Assisting with booking appointments and scheduling activities
  • Supporting operational teams with administrative tasks
  • Processing paperwork and ensuring information is correctly recorded
  • Liaising with customers regarding deliveries, collections and general queries
  • Producing reports and spreadsheets as required
  • General office administration and ad hoc support duties

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience working in an Administration role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience of data entry and record management
  • A professional and reliable approach to work
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
