Responsibilities:
- Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to customers (all warm leads that have already been generated)
- Discussing finance options and guiding customers through approvals
- Converting applications into approvals and booking appointments for the sales team
- Working in a target-driven environment with clear KPIs and earning potential

- Confidence handling large call volumes daily
- A target-focused mindset - you love working to and exceeding goals
- Strong communication and closing skills
