What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Provide technical support over the phone to assist customers with our products.
- Respond promptly to inquiries received via our internal web chat function.

- Initiate sales conversations with potential customers through phone and email outreach.
