We are seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to oversee repairs and maintenance delivery across one of the following workstreams: Responsive Repairs Damp Mould Voids Planned Complex Repairs You will be responsible for supervising a team of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring repairs are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.
The role acts as a key link between residents, contractors, planning teams, customer services, and management.
This is an excellent opportunity for a trades-qualified professional with supervisory experience within social housing, property maintenance, or repairs environments.
Key Responsibilities Supervise operatives and subcontractors across repairs and maintenance activities.
Plan and coordinate daily workloads to ensure service targets are achieved.
Undertake pre-inspections, work-in-progress inspections, and post-inspections.
