About the Role
We are seeking two experienced Technical Solutions Consultants to join a growing EMEA consultancy team focused on supporting digital advertising clients. In this role, you will act as a technical expert across advertising solutions, partnering closely with internal sales teams and major advertisers. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide consultative guidance, and ensure a high‑quality customer experience across digital platforms. This position requires strong problem‑solving ability, analytical thinking, and the capability to operate confidently in a fast‑paced and often ambiguous environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build deep technical expertise across advertising products (signals, measurement, delivery, etc.)
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to advertisers’ use of digital advertising solutions
- Escalate potential product bugs to internal engineering and product teams, and track through to resolution
- Deliver excellent customer support and ensure service levels are consistently met
- Collaborate closely with internal sales teams and, when required, directly with clients
- Manage 2–5 complex support tickets daily through internal ticketing systems
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve support workflows
- Provide insights and technical analysis to support the ongoing development of advertising tools
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in online advertising, digital marketing, or AdTech
- Background working with platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Google, or similar
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support experience, including bug identification and escalation
- Solid understanding of advertising technologies: pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems
- Experience using SQL (ability to write and run queries)
- Familiarity with APIs, including troubleshooting and explaining technical concepts
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences
Nice to Have
- Additional European language (French, Italian, Spanish, Hebrew)
- Experience with mobile advertising or MMPs (Mobile Measurement Platforms)
