This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about ensuring safety and compliance in residential environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Communal Lift Service. Coordinate lift servicing, inspections, and maintenance activities across the Council's housing portfolio. Monitor compliance activities to ensure timely completion of statutory inspections and servicing programmes. Engage with lift contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery. Act as a point of contact for residents regarding lift-related inquiries, promoting excellent customer service. Essential Qualifications & Skills: A-Level education or equivalent experience in housing, business administration, or related disciplines. Strong understanding of administrative processes and compliance management. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Experience in a housing or property services environment is essential. Experience providing administrative support within housing, compliance, repairs, maintenance or property services.
